Dance to Health is a new free 26-week falls prevention programme for older people that has now started at Saint Augustine’s Church on Brocco Bank. The sessions combine physiotherapy with the energy and creativity of movement, helping to improve strength and balance. It also provides an opportunity to meet up with people in your area as the session includes a 30-minute break where everybody can sit and have a drink, and a chat.

Everyone is invited to come and join the memorial service and take part in the drawing event. There will be a children’s activities tent on the car park of the architects office on Springvale Rd.
