Hallamshire Proprietary Bowling Club

The Hallamshire Proprietary Bowling Club is hidden away, unknown by even most locals. Find out what goes on behind the high walls (it’s not just bowling) and learn about recreation in Victorian Crookes.

Tour, talk, refreshments and an opportunity to have a go at this hidden gem, at 1.00pm lasting one hour. Look for the HODS bunting on the corner of Hands Road and Townend Street. The event is free, but tickets must be booked via Eventbrite.
